Entry Procedure/Costs

The September 2010 fleet will consist of boats between 38ft (berths maximum 6
people) and 47ft (berths maximum 8 people).
Below are examples of boats available for the HPYF 2010, 18th - 25th September,
with their prices. Prices may vary between the charter companies, so the
final price will be given on request. All boats are subject to availability
and will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis.

Bavaria 40	Euros 1,702
Bavaria 46 (Year 2005-2008)	Euros 2,750 - 3,050
Bavaria 47	Euros 3,250

The Charter Prices are per boat for the given week and include VAT.


The entry fee for the HPYF regatta is Euros 50 per boat and it includes:
- Race organisation and support crew
- Log book


The skipper should have an internationally recognised sailing certificate
and a VHF certificate to participate in these events.

The yacht will have to be refueled at the end of the trip.

The entry fee and the deposit for the boat are payable on signing the
contract.
The balance is expected by 1st August 2009.

Extra cost:
End cleaning – Euros 95 for Bavaria 40, Euros 110 for Bavaria 46 and 47
Outboard engine – Euros 100 per week
Bed linen and towels – Euros 15 per person per week for Bavaria 40
Bed linen and towels for other Bavarias – Euros 15 for a single set, Euros 25 for a double set, Euros 6 per person for set of towels

La Maddalena park permit - Euros 30 for Bavaria 40

Safety deposit (payable by Visa, Mastercard or Amex):
Euros 3,500 for Bavaria 46 and 47 (deposit reduction, Euros 180 available with licence older than 5 years)
Euros 2,200 for Bavaria 40

Land transfers from Olbia:
Group up to 8 people – Euros 80 per trip
Group up to 12 people – Euros 100 per trip
